Let Go, Drink Water, and Get Moving

Today, we talked about how to begin the journey. Everyone is on a journey. It may look a little different, but we are all on it. This week's call discussed letting go of regret, walking 4 times per week for 20-30 minutes, and drinking water. This is where we have to begin. We have to let go of our limiting beliefs. We have to be willing to accept compliments. We have to allow ourselves to let go of the past in order to truly appreciate the future. It starts here. Thank you to Brian and Jodi for joining me tonight and for allowing me to be a part of their journeys. Together we rise! Together, we can do more!
