Members receive access to me each week and can access documents that only clients have received in the past. This group exists to give you a safe place to share, be vulnerable and transparent, and connect with others who are on similar journeys.
In March 2020, I published a book called Reclaim Your Life. It came from my journey and what I have learned along the way. I realized my journey to get where I am was all for a purpose. It now allows me to be the one who locks arms with others, supports them, encourages them, and becomes someone they can count on to lift them when life tries to push them down. It does take daily effort.
Nevertheless, as I told someone recently, the ark wasn't built in one day, and neither is forming healthier habits. In the book, "The Power of Habit," by Charles Duhigg, a study was done, and the results found it can take up to 10 weeks to replace a habit - 10 WEEKS! So, this means consistency wins the race. We can't get frustrated when things aren't going our way.
We can't go back in time and change anything. We can learn and continue every day we are given breath. This group is your community. We are all here to support one another. We are not here to judge or lack empathy. The journey isn't always roses. Nevertheless, we can begin to smell the roses the longer we stay in the pasture. So join me today, and let's lock arms.
